Welcome to PIE
Purifications International Enterprise (PIE) is a community dedicated to empowering women of color as they transition through womanhood, with an emphasis on those who have endured domestic violence, sexual assault, and gun violence. Through culturally affirming, trauma-informed programs, PIE addresses spiritual, social, and economic barriers, fostering resilience and leadership within the BIPOC community.
Purifications means to restore ourselves to our original sacred state—Temple, mind, and spirit—through intentional healing and ceremonial cleansing.
International speaks to our belief that the entire African Diaspora must heal collectively—no one is left behind.
Enterprise reflects our commitment to rebuild our economic foundation through the creation of our own products, services, and commerce—thriving together as a unified force.
You Feel Alone
But Really You Are Not
In today’s society, women of color across all ages and life stages often feel overwhelmed by the weight of navigating a world that can be unkind, inequitable, and unrelenting. Whether you are a young woman finding your voice, a professional climbing the ladder, or a matriarch holding it all together, the truth is, you are not alone. The challenges you face—from systemic barriers, cultural expectations, or personal hardships—are not a reflection of your worth but a testament to the resilience required of us as women of color. Many of us, regardless of our status or station in life, carry unspoken burdens and have been traumatized in ways that may feel isolating. Yet, within this shared experience lies a powerful truth: we are a community. There is strength in knowing that while the struggle may feel personal, it is deeply collective, and healing begins when we hold space for one another.
IF ANY OF THESE TOPICS RELATE WITH YOU, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Empowering the Next Generation: Passing the Baton
COULD YOU BE THE NEXT BUTTERFLY?
In 2025, PIE is embarking on a bold mission to train 100 young women to step into leadership roles and carry the organization’s vision forward. This initiative is about more than just training—it’s about passing the baton to a new generation of empowered women equipped to run and expand our programs globally.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience, these young leaders will gain the skills to manage nonprofit operations, develop community programs, and uphold PIE’s legacy of creating lifelong bonds and meaningful change.

Together, we’re building a future where every young woman has the tools and confidence to lead with purpose.
Are you ready to be part of the next wave of transformational leaders?
