Arike Michelle is a trauma survivor, visionary leader, and the founder of P.I.E. Purifications International Enterprises and Arike’s Vision. Her life’s work flows from her spiritual walk—a path of purpose, healing, and divine guidance that leads her to walk beside younger women of color with unwavering transparency, compassion, and the deep-rooted love shared among us as sisters. Through her signature 5 S’s and a C That’s Me! Women’s Development & Training Model, Arike creates spaces for lifelong bonds to form—spaces where women of color are not just spoken to from Western ideology but seen, honored, and held. As a community purification and restoration guide, she nurtures a standard of womanhood—one rooted in spirit, connection, and intergenerational strength. Utilizing her life experiences, Arike walks with her sisters—not ahead of them—building a community grounded in sacred accountability, cultural reverence, and healing beyond words.

A Journey from Trials to Triumph
Arike's journey is one of unwavering resilience—a story of rising through profound challenges that could have shattered her spirit. As a multiple survivor, she has faced trials that tested her strength, yet she continues to move forward with grace and determination.
From personal trauma to systemic barriers and the quiet, often unseen battles, Arike’s path is marked by perseverance and transformation. Her life serves as a powerful reminder that healing and growth are possible, even after the darkest days. As a beacon of hope, she exemplifies the power of reclaiming one’s story and finding purpose and joy despite adversity.
In 2009, Arike Michelle courageously chose to leave her corporate career, turning away from the conventional “American Dream” to follow a path of faith and purpose. Since then, she’s dedicated her life to her Divine Assignment, focusing on spiritual growth rather than material goals. Through some of life’s harshest trials, she’s learned the power of resilience and self-reinvention, transforming trauma into strength and purpose.
For over 30 years, Arike has guided women, helping them confront challenges with courage and cultivate a relationship with authentic, unconditional love.
Today, she invites others to walk with her, embracing life’s tests and discovering the unbreakable strength of true spiritual connection.
Impact of the Founder
Arike Michelle has had a tremendous impact on the lives of those we seek to serve. Through her proven commitment & dedication she has been able to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to heal and restore their lives successfully since 1987.

In 2012, Arike Michelle opened her first Healing Home in Sacramento, CA, which focussed on helping young women who were aging out of the foster care system but lacked the necessary life skills. Devastated by the amount of these women who were being pulled into sex trafficking or became homeless in its wake, she embarked on a journey to open her first Healing Home. At the time having no formal training just a heart 4 her community within a year she had to close her door. Instead of quitting, she dug in harder and invested in nonprofit trainings, with some of the top enterprenuers in the country. She understudied these professionals for 4 years, while simultaneously creating programs for young women of color to build relationships, and income via virtual platforms, she piloted each of her programs, watching her success for a 10 year outcome and her impact is still having effects on these young ladies lives.
She then created the "blueprint of Purifications" & in 2017 she began driving across the country sharing her vision having conversations with hundreds of Black Business owners, non-Black CEOs, government officials, judges, attorneys and school boards, she sought to make sure that the trauma-informed movement doesn't loose sight that black/African-Americans have other traumas that only lived experience can truly understand, its time for the funding to also be given too African American run and lead organizations allowing us the chance to heal from within.
