Leadership for BIPOC women doesn’t look like the world often tells us it should.
We’ve been taught that leadership means control, perfection, power, and pressure. But our leadership—Divine Leadership—is something deeper. It rises not from the head, but from the soul. It’s born in the fire of survival, the stillness of prayer, and the sacred act of remembering who we are.
Many of us have been in survival mode for years—doing what we had to do, holding it all together, often with no time or space to dream. But survival is not the final destination.
You were not born just to endure. You were born to become.
Divine Leadership is what happens when we stop leading from wounds and start leading from wisdom. It’s what happens when we heal, when we connect with Spirit, and when we mentor the next generation with truth and humility.
At Pie Purifications, we’re building more than programs—we’re nurturing sovereign leaders. Women who are deeply rooted, spiritually guided, and unapologetically real.
If you’re feeling the call to rise, know this: you don’t have to have it all figured out. You only need to start. Because leadership isn’t about knowing everything—it’s about being willing to walk in your truth and bring others along with love.
